Family Room Update
Removed old paneling and carpet. Drywalled, primed and painted room. New laminate flooring, baseboards and trim installed along with new outlets and switches.
Dishwasher Install
Old kitchen layout did not accomodate a dishwasher. Removed existing drawers, installed new waste line, installed new water shut off valves, connected electrical and water supply lines to dishwasher, created new lateral cupboard door, and plumbed and levelled dishwasher.
Flooring and Baseboards
Installed new laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms, painted and installed 5" baseboards.

Steps leveled, weeds removed, polysand applied
Backyard clean-up
Garage Organization
Removed all contents of garage. Swepted and powerwashed garage floor. Installed new vertical hangers on left side of garage. Installed new storage cabinet cabinet and shelving at back of garage. Repaired gap around faucet. Organized and replaced all contents.

Removed all weeds, leveled steps, applied polysand in joints
Built a false wall and tiled level and plumb with the new vanity and countertop
Installed new ceramic floor.

New Floor & Vanity
Removed existing vanity, sink and toilet. After painting walls, installed a false wall to create a ledge below the mirror. Installed new ceramic tile flooring, tiled around false wall, and new vanity and sinks.
